Receptionists cannot override the book on the day system.

By booking a telephone consultation you will be called by one of the regular GPs from the practice who can override the book on the day system, more importantly arrange any tests / explain results prior to your coming in.

This saves both of us time.

Remember ...

You will be talking to a regular GP.

The G.P. will have access to your clinical record.

The G.P. can negotiate a suitable time to see you.
