Sandy Lane Health Centre
Off M58 Jct. 4, Towards Skelmersdale.
Left at the roundabout, over the next two roundabouts. At the first Mini Roundabout, turn right, at the next mini roundabout, turn left and follow the road round towards Sandy Lane Shopping Centre. The Health Centre is the building at the end of the car park.
Railway Road Surgery The surgery
is on Railway Road itself. No 11. Hillside Health Centre
Head towards Ormskirk town centre bus terminal. When you see the bus
terminal head for the central pedestrianised zone. Just before this zone the
road veers to the right -- this is Railway Road.
Either:
Park outside the surgery (1 hour free) if spaces remain.
Take the first left into the central car park (2 hours 80p).
From the Grimshaw Road dual carriageway through Skelmersdale, follow
signs for Tanhouse West. The Health Centre is signposted from Tanhouse Road.
